Coastal Command Blenheim's over Norway
Hi Everyone,
I've been asked to put together a book on Coastal Operations for 235, 236, 248 & 254 whilst these unit were flying the Bristol Blenheim covering the activities from the Phoney War, Invasion of Norway, Battle of France, Battle of Britain through to August 1941.
Does anyone have any info on the Norwegian campaign or known crash sites etc., as I'd like to have the Norwegian prospective with regards to the aerial battles.
With thanks in advance
Your Sincerely,
Andrew D Bird

I find 5 Blenheimwrecks:
http://ktsorens.tihlde.org/flyvrak/lysvollhaugen.html

http://ktsorens.tihlde.org/flyvrak/holum.html
http://ktsorens.tihlde.org/flyvrak/oygarden.html
As you can see the last site is two wrecks as a consequence of two planes colliding mid-air.

Øygarden Blenheims
Hello,
yes, I visited these back in 1988 and took a number of photos of parts.
I heard that these have now been collected but don't know the details.
Details of the loss are in my book too:
